Bielefeld / Hanover, March 5, 2013 – At CeBIT 2013 in Hanover, Germany, itelligence AG is launching its co-branding and with NTT DATA Business Solutions is combining its well known logo with another good name to make itelligence, NTT DATA Business Solutions.
With the addition to the logo to become itelligence, NTT DATA Business Solutions, the company wants to place even stronger emphasis on its plans for further strategic growth in the international arena, while highlighting the continuation and preservation of itelligence AG’s values at the same time. itelligence AG is one of SAP’s most successful partners serving the SME segment worldwide, and it intends to expand this significant position still further.
This creates a strong bond, as Uwe Bohnhorst, Chief Operating Office of itelligence AG points out: “We will leverage the NTT DATA logo extension to sustainably strengthen our role in this special global organization, NTT DATA Business Solutions, and in the NTT DATA Group as a whole.”
Herbert Vogel, CEO of itelligence AG, has been coordinating NTT DATA Business Solutions, which operates globally, as the SAP unit of NTT DATA, Japan since 2012. Now itelligence and NTT DATA will use the opportunity to make the itelligence brand name better known throughout the world.
NTT DATA, Japan, has been the major shareholder in itelligence AG since 2008. In January 2013, NTT DATA’s stake in itelligence AG reached 98.43%. NTT DATA is a subsidiary of Nippon Telegraph and Telephone Corporation (NTT), Japan. The strength of NTT DATA’s reputation has already created numerous advantages and client connections for itelligence AG on the international stage, particularly in Asia.
