What can the NTT DATA Business Solutions training team do for you at this years conference?

Nothing really beats the experience of an in-person conversation. The NTT DATA Business Solutions Conference gives me the opportunity to catch up with people I regularly speak to on the phone and to talk to new people about the services our SAP training team can provide

SAP UX

As I approach my sixth NTT DATA Business Solutions conference I’ve been reflecting upon the past 20 years I’ve invested in promoting the value of SAP and BusinessObjects training.

In my role as UK training account manager I’m lucky to regularly speak to customers and prospects who are interested in extending their SAP and BusinessObjects technology skills. This is especially true now as cloud initiatives gain momentum and people are keen to ensure their technical skills sets can match the evolving analytics and data management needs of the business.

The thing I’m most looking forward to at Conference…

Nothing really beats the experience of an in-person conversation. The NTT DATA Business Solutions Conference gives me the opportunity to catch up with people I regularly speak to on the phone and to talk to new people about the services our SAP training team can provide. I get a huge amount of really useful feedback throughout the day and it’s great to discuss ways we can best support our customers with training services at the point of implementation and throughout the lifetime of the solution.

Fluidity in approach.

We are already well known as leading providers of SAP public courses at a range of training centres across the UK. One of the favourites is our centre in Gough Square in the heart of London. I feel the abundance of exceptional restaurants in which our learners get to enjoy lunch plays only a small part in that…

When one or two people are in need of training, attending a public class with other people is an ideal approach. But as organisations are looking for increased guidance and understanding of how best to maximise their investment in SAP and drive forward effective data analytics, cloud, IoT and machine learning initiatives, we are seeing more interest in onsite and customised courses.

There is a subtle but distinct difference between the two. Onsite classes are essentially “private” delivery of the SAP courses we offer at our public training centres. Customised classes are tailored to specific organisational needs and can be built using your own environments. The value of both of these approaches is that, as all delegates are from the same company, learners can ask questions that directly relate to their own organisational implementation.

The numbers don’t lie.

NTT DATA Business Solutions training is all about people and some time ago we invested in an entirely transparent approach to gathering learner feedback and present a transparent view of delegate experience.

We use an independent online training feedback system and invite all our delegates to enter their feedback. At any point in time a person can see how people actually perceive the quality of our courses, not just our opinion of the standard of learning we provide. We are close to hitting 3,000 reviews on this site and have an average rating of 4.5 stars. All of this feedback is immediately available for anyone to see so feel free to see what our learners have to say about our SAP and BusinessObjects Training! Click on the following link to see:  http://www.coursecheck.com/provider/3/itelligence

Education is a two-way street

The people that book courses for their teams, the people that attend and the people that deliver our training are investing time and effort, and we are extremely keen to ensure neither of those valuable resources are wasted!

In addition to the range of courses and delivery options we provide, we’ve also developed a unique approach to analysing your training needs that ensure maximum return across the organisation. Review our 8 step approach to Training Needs Analysis.

See you there?
