itelligence Business Solutions (UK) Ltd today announced that North Lincolnshire Council has chosen itelligence UK to help upgrade the business intelligence (BI) software used by its adult and childcare teams. The council aims to ensure that its systems are fully supported and in line with Public Sector Network (PSN) compliance.
The council will work very closely with itelligence UK, a leading full-service SAP software solutions provider, when upgrading and enhancing its SAP® BusinessObjects™ BI solution to support maximum security when interacting with other council IT systems.
The upgrade will help to improve how the team, responsible for vulnerable adults and children in North Lincolnshire, captures data from source systems and other council applications. This will provide increased analysis and reporting capability with the ultimate goals of improving the service provision. The newly upgraded system has enhanced tools for self-service reporting, dashboards and visualisations of key data, all of which can help enable the more efficient management of individual cases and facilitate better insight and performance improvement across the department.
itelligence was successfully selected after a formal tendering exercise involving a number of other providers. In addition, as part of the upgrade, itelligence will provide training courses covering administration, security and report writing for users in the council’s adult and childcare teams.
