About the Author Mert Şimşek
Mert Şimşek has been assigned to varied projects that provide convenience to be aware of responsibilities and duties in integrated ERP system and to afford an insight into disparate industries. He gained experience in how to manage large-scale transformation projects, lead a team of 6-7 consultants, implement localization requests specific to different countries, and ensure cooperation between business units. Since the beginning of 2021, the role of Digital Experience Manager has been maintained. Within this role, the duties of business development, team building, creating new sales channels, and working as a solution architect in projects for Qualtrics and Vistex products have been undertaken. He joined NTT DATA in 2015. He holds a degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering.
