Zeni Thakkar serves as the Senior Director of Sales Solutions in the Hybris/Customer Engagement line of business for NTT DATA Business Solutions. She has 13 years of experience, focused on sales and service related SAP products and processes. Her responsibilities include growth and management of Customer Engagement and Commerce SAP solutions which includes Hybris Commerce, Marketing, and Cloud for Sales and Service; management and coaching of consultants and managers in Quote to Cash area; and project management of internal, external, global, and local projects for Hybris products.
