itelligence today announced the successful completion of one of the world’s most extensive re-certifications by SAP. As one of the first SAP consulting companies the service and support organization itelligence AG was re-certified by SAP AG after an audit as a ‘Partner Centre of Expertise’ ( PCOE ) in 18 countries, including Germany. Thus, the long-time SAP Channel Partner itelligence has underlined the quality and professionalism of its Application Management Services (AMS) worldwide.

The certification as a PCOE encompasses both the support centre including support staff and processes and the technical infrastructure based on the SAP Solution Manager. In addition, the certification confirms that the support organization of itelligence satisfies the requirements to support SAP solutions such as SAP Business All-in-One solutions, analytics solutions and mobile solutions from SAP such as SAP HANA.

The certification for PCOE is awarded for two years. The certification for PCOE is a support-centre certification, which is offered and conducted by SAP’s Active Global Support Organization with the support of the Partner Services Delivery Team.
