To support valuable customer relationships, KLAFS combines traditional sales processes with futureproof cloud technology. The sauna manufacturer is tapping into itelligence’s 30-plus years of SAP expertise. In close cooperation with the IT service provider, the previously used CRM solution was replaced and a new system landscape was created, exceeding all requirements for a future-oriented solution.
A new sales cycle was established through data transfer from the old system and on the basis of best-practice processes. As a result of the fast implementation, KLAFS now benefits from preconfigured sales processes that deliver much greater efficiency. A 360° view of customers is just one of many advantages. With regard to key sales activities such as generation of leads and recording of opportunities and customer orders, the manual workload has been reduced to a minimum.
