About the Author Johann Heydenrych
As Senior Vice-President of SAP Solutions at NTT DATA Business Solutions, Johann Heydenrych is responsible for the development and accreditation of vertical industry solutions as well as sales, implementation, support and training of such solutions. He is also responsible for Pre-Sales and Sales Support Activities across all lines of business including Software, Delivery Services, and Support Services etc. He specializes in providing organizations with all-encompassing solutions that can add value. He has a background in manufacturing and spent many years in multiple facets such as in Quality Management, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Logistics. He started his SAP career in 1993 and has been with NTT DATA Business Solutions since April 2000.
