Stephanie Schaefer-Blank is the Head of People & Culture for NTT DATA Business Solutions in the United States, where she leads the company’s people strategy to support sustainable growth and business performance. She is responsible for core People & Culture functions including talent acquisition, employee experience, leadership development, workforce planning, culture, and organizational effectiveness, as well as global mobility and immigration.
