Chief Human Resources Officer
Scott Conklin is Chief Human Resources Officer for NTT DATA Business Solutions. In this role, Mr. Conklin is responsible for managing the employee lifecycle in North America including recruiting, total rewards, talent management, and employee development.
Mr. Conklin’s career spans more than 23 years in consumer products and technology industries, with a focus on workforce management, organizational development, talent pipeline and human resources leadership. During his career he has held many senior-level management positions at companies such as Convergys, The Coca-Cola Company and Paycor. Mr. Conklin received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Media Communications from Castleton University and a Master of Science degree in Organizational Communication, Learning & Design from Ithaca College.
Mr. Conklin lives with his wife and 3 children in Cincinnati, OH and is based out of our Cincinnati office.
