Pat Dalki is General Counsel, Vice President Legal & Compliance for NTT DATA Business Solutions Inc. In her role, Pat manages legal and compliance matters for the U.S. and coordinates global compliance initiatives for the Americas region. Pat also serves as Chairperson for NTT DATA Business Solutions Ethics Committee and is a member of NTT DATA’s Business Legal Initiative team.
Pat’s legal career encompasses more than 25 years in software, information technology, and telecommunications. Prior to joining the company in 2004, she served as legal counsel at Accenture LLP, SAP America, Inc., and MCI Telecommunications.
Pat earned a Juris Doctorate degree from DePaul University School of Law where she graduated with Highest Honors, Order of the Coif, Law Review, and American Jurisprudence and CALI Awards. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Administration and Political Science from the University of Wisconsin, LaCrosse and also studied at University of Copenhagen, Denmark. Pat is married with two children and resides in Minnesota.
