Managing Director India
Krunal Patel holds a bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering and a master’s degree in marketing. He commenced his career in the technology sector and brings with him over 21 years of diverse professional experience spanning India, Asia-Pacific, and the Middle East. Throughout his career, Krunal has held several leadership positions at organizations such as SAP, TeamViewer, and Gartner.
Following his initial tenure with itelligence India, Krunal rejoined NTT DATA Business Solutions in April 2023 as Vice President, Sales and Revenue Growth Asia Pacific. In April 2024, he was appointed Vice President and Head of India Business, where he assumed responsibility for the operational management of the company’s Indian operations.
Effective October 1, 2025, Krunal was elevated to the role of Managing Director, India Business, and additionally joined the Global Leadership Team at NTT DATA Business Solutions.
