Digital Transformation Journey

VavaCars, in collaboration with NTT DATA Türkiye, has launched the Microsoft Azure OpenAI project. This project is the first Microsoft Azure OpenAI project in Türkiye which is conducted end-to-end by a partner and it marks a significant milestone in VavaCars’ digital transformation journey.

Following comprehensive analyses aligned with VavaCars’ existing business model and objectives, the most suitable artificial intelligence and machine learning strategies were applied. Based on the insights gathered from these analyses, a chatbot was integrated into the company’s website. This chatbot integration has automated all the processes related to customer feedback systems, significantly reducing the workload of the customer service team. Furthermore, with 24/7 availability and the ability to provide a personalized vehicle recommendation to VavaCars customers, a remarkable improvement was achieved in both operational processes and customer satisfaction level.

With this innovative approach, VavaCars has taken the first step toward perfecting the customer experience and has signaled its determination to continue on this path. This project, powered by Microsoft Azure OpenAI technology, has further strengthened VavaCars’ leading position in the industry.
