The product suite created by Weaveability Ltd, (which was acquired by NTT DATA Business Solutions) consists of three products – it.mx direct spend portal, it.mx customer portal and it.mx contact center. The mx stands for managed experience and the products are designed to digitally transform relationships that SAP ERP running organisations have with their customers, suppliers and internal employees by providing web-based digital frontends surfacing SAP-based data and processes in an efficient and secure manner:

- it.mx contact center is a fast order entry solution that provides internal telesales teams with a simplified SAP user experience to allow improvements in customer services and enable greater efficiencies.
The SAP Integration and Certification Center (SAP ICC) certified it.mx suite 2021 r1 integrates with SAP NetWeaver. Technology or infrastructure products that have SAP-certified integration with SAP NetWeaver have proven to interoperate with the technology platform.
The it.mx product suite requires zero integration because it is delivered natively inside your SAP ERP system. It ensures only one technology set is being used to allow your customers/suppliers/employees to securely interact with your core business processes and real-time data as part of your engagement strategies.
