LONDON, UK – 29 June 2021 – NTT DATA Business Solutions today announced the launch of it.mx direct spend portal v2105. The it.mx direct spend portal has been expanded with even more functionality now available in the latest release.
it.mx direct spend portalADD is designed for use by both suppliers and internal employees as a single source of truth, improving collaboration and allowing decisions to be made based on accurate, real-time information. It allows pertinent SAP based data to be shared with suppliers effectively, in easily digestible formats, whilst allowing them to share their latest data quickly, via minimal clicks, on an online platform.
The product provides functionality for the management of purchase orders/scheduling agreements, KPI visibility, access to material data/forecasts, plus visibility of quality notifications and contractual information. With the release of v2105, the RFQ module which allows vendors to view and respond to RFQs raised against their account has been expanded with more pertinent data available to the vendor through the portal and greater flexibility in terms of how they respond.
The latest release also expands the invoicing module which already provides facilities for invoice submission by making more invoice data available to the vendor via the new invoice summary page. Data export facilities have also been introduced across the portal, allowing the vendor to download data from tables into excel format. The number of areas in which the vendor can attach relevant documentation in the it.mx direct spend portalADD has also been increased with flexibility to attach documents at header or line level against Purchase Orders, Schedules and Invoices.
