London, 26th April 2017. itelligence today announced that Warwick University has become one of the first UK universities to implement SAP® SuccessFactors® solutions to support its entire HR process and its 6,000 employees.
The University will be implementing the cloud-based SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite to help streamline its HR administration and provide better service and experience for its staff, with the aim of helping the university’s HR function to concentrate on mission-critical tasks.
SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite includes core HR components such as employee administration, training and skills management, employee benefits, payroll, time off and record keeping. The suite also includes employee engagement tools, such as social collaboration.
Crucial to the university’s choice, however, was SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management Suite, which supports recruiting, onboarding, performance and goals management; learning management; compensation management; and succession management.
Warwick University’s HR function currently uses multiple different systems, many of them manual and paper-based, with limited integration between payroll and HR.
