Transformation NOW! 2022 – Structuring the Agenda

As I mentioned in my previous blogpost , this year’s NTT DATA Business Solutions conference will be a physical event. Taking place at etc.venues, County Hall, on London’s South Bank on Tuesday 4th October.

Our last in-person conference was in May 2019 with the two events since then being online. The switch back to an in-person event means an extra level of planning for those who are attending. What was previously a leisurely commute from the kitchen to the home office with cuppa in hand will be replaced with a sunny stroll along the South Bank of the Thames.

Ahead of the release of the formal agenda I wanted to provide a brief overview of the conference structure.

Arrival and Plenary Session

The venue will open for registration from 08:30, with the 1 hour Plenary session scheduled to begin at 10:00.

Breakout Streams

From 11:30 we will open the breakout streams. Based on your feedback each session will be limited to a punchy 30 minutes. You will be able to select your own personal agenda from the 30 available sessions running across 6 streams.

1. S/4HANA Move – hear the very latest on the solutions at the core of SAP’s Intelligent Enterprise Strategy. Includes detail on RISE with SAP, Business Case building, Public vs Private Cloud, and of course customer stories.
2. Data & Intelligence – how to leverage data to drive business value remains a key topic for many organisations running SAP. This stream will help you plan your next steps by bringing you the latest approaches, technologies, and customer stories.
3. Line of Business – Experience Management for both employees and customers is increasingly being seen as a key differentiator for many organisations. In this stream our HXM and CX leaders will share customer success stories to support your decision to invest in these key functional areas.
4. Community Forums – within our conference registrations there are many different industry communities represented. We have decided to run sessions dedicated to Pharma & Lifesciences, Higher Education, CPG Food & Beverage, and Discrete Industries. In addition, we will also be running a special “welcome” session for those organisations who are new to NTT DATA Business Solutions.
5. Strategy – 2022 will see the return of our Strategy stream where you can hear the latest from our thought leaders on topics such as the changing role of the SAP Centre of Excellence, the challenges of becoming a sustainable business, and how to better realise the value of your existing SAP investments.
6. Sponsors – we are proud to be supported by a number of our partners, look out for their sessions when the detailed agenda is released.

There will be an extended lunch break from 12:35 to 14:00 to allow you to enjoy our hot-fork buffet, check your messages, get some fresh air, and of course network with our team and your fellow delegates.

Celebrity Keynote

As is traditional with our annual conference, the final presentation will be a celebrity keynote who will entertain and challenge in equal measure. We will announce our keynote speaker very soon. Stay tuned #TransformationNow.

Drinks and Networking

At 17:30 following the celebrity keynote, we would love you to join us for our complementary networking reception, where you can reflect on the day’s events over a cold drink before heading home.
