itelligence Achieves SAP Accreditation for Active Quality Management

High-quality management standards which comply with SAP guidelines allow itelligence to implement new SAP solutions more effectively and increase customer satisfaction

Bielefeld, January 17, 2013 — itelligence announced today that it has achieved accreditation for active quality management awarded by the SAP®Active Quality Management team. It serves as evidence that itelligence demonstrates clear quality standards for the sale and implementation of the SAP solutions. By cooperating with SAP (NYSE: SAP) in quality management, itelligence can better assist its customers both before and after implementation projects, and make sure that the projects are delivered to specification, on the planned budget and on time. itelligence is an SAP gold channel partner in the SAP PartnerEdge® program.

SAP launched the global quality accreditation program for value-added resellers (VARs) that focus on SAP Business All-in-One solutions as well as members of the SAP Extended Business program. The accreditation is awarded globally to SAP channel partners that prove active quality management of their sales processes and delivery methodologies.

itelligence is closely aligned to the key principles of quality that SAP believes to be fundamental to the success of every implementation, designed to deliver high-quality software and support while providing the right processes, tools and services to drive successful projects and delivery.

Businesses today are continually challenged to manage risk in increasingly complex projects. As a certified member of the global quality accreditation program, intelligence helps SAP customers avoid escalations, maintain profits and improve successful delivery. In addition, the program provides itelligence with access to enhanced materials and quality management procedures through SAP sale channels. With a distinct focus on quality deliverables, the accreditation also helps partners improve the success of bids. It differentiates them from other competitors through high-quality standards and risk mitigation.

The annual partner quality plan and quarterly quality reviews form the basis for the global quality accreditation program by providing a way to monitor joint performance and measure success. Partners are required to submit an annual quality plan to showcase how they will improve quality in their own organization during the year. In addition, the quarterly quality review enables joint risk monitoring via open bilateral communication as well as identifying and preventing issues. “At SAP, we make every effort to help customers manage their implementations of integrated software solutions, and encourage our partners to work to the principles of quality adhered to throughout SAP,” said Iwona Stamper, Channel Development Manager, SAP Polska. “We are pleased that itelligence has tightened its cooperation with SAP through this accreditation for active quality management. Through this accreditation, we expect that itelligence specialists will be better equipped to assist customers with making informed decisions about their SAP solutions and implementation options, as well as realize the value of their investments early on and to their full potential.”
