About the Author Martijn van Giessel
Martijn is particularly experienced in global projects, in which he has worked with many cultures. It is clear that the projects he has worked on are usually defined as change projects, in which the ERP system mainly acts as a means. The challenge to get the organization on board with the new processes is what makes each project so unique and interesting. At NTT DATA Business Solutions, Martijn works on innovative solutions for the agro and food sector. This branch is preparing itself for great future challenges: an increasing world population, climate change, and scarce resources.
