I have over 20 years of direct sales and general sales management experience. My role covers direct management and personal responsibility for software development, marketing, sales, channel, implementation and customer support functions.
I have had cultural exposure to UK, European & US organisations, both blue-chip & SME, public & privately owned, matrix & traditional organisation structures.
I sell into government, financial services, healthcare, hospitality, managed service providers, manufacturing, retail, transport & logistics, utilities, SME & Enterprise sectors.
Strategic market/business planning + demand generation + closing new name & existing customer sales & customer retention. Large or complex sales campaigns through to negotiating commercial and legal terms. Performance improvement and management of change.
