Executive Vice President & Managing Director Benelux
Monic van Aarle studied Communication Sciences and holds a master’s degree in Sales Transformation from Middlesex University in London.
She began her career in the IT sector in 1994 as Sales and Marketing Director at SPSS Benelux and France, a statistical software company that was later acquired by IBM. In 2004, Monic van Aarle joined SAP, where she focused primarily on SAP’s general business and partner ecosystem. In 2018, she became a member of the Dutch management team at SAP. In her final role there, she served as Sales Director, responsible for the enterprise accounts market. Between 2022 and 2023, she joined the management team of Oracle Nederland as Vice President for Applications Benelux.
In addition to her corporate experience, Monic van Aarle has been a member of the Supervisory Board of Rabobank ‘s-Hertogenbosch en Omstreken en Kringraad Midden-Brabant in the Netherlands since 2019.
In April 2023, she joined NTT DATA Business Solutions Benelux as Managing Director responsible for Belgium/Netherlands. Since July 1, 2024, Monic van Aarle has been a member of the Global Leadership Team as Executive Vice President.
