Despite the unusual circumstances resulting from pandemic, itelligence Turkey provided employment to 45 new young talents with their “italent” employment program and thus created a positive impact for the employment ratio in Turkish IT industry.
According to TÜBİSAD’s “Information and Communication Technologies Sector 2019 Market Data”, the sector reached a volume of 152.7 billion TL with a growth of 14 percent compared to the previous year on a TL basis, and increased its total employment by 4% on employment basis. It increased to 143 thousand people.
In regards to this, itelligence Turkey Global | Platinum partner of SAP, has been implementing “italent” program regularly every year and continues to discover and nurture the IT industry with SAP and non-SAP solutions, professional consultants and software specialists of the future. Despite the unusual circumstances we are in, the total number of employees of itelligence Turkey has now reached to 1050 as of August 2020 with the new 45 young talents.
Itelligence Turkey, HR Director Selin Bakaçhan stated that; “With our young talent program ‘italent’, we have received more than 1750 applications as of this year on our way to employ a certain number of young people every year, regardless of the conditions. We have included 45 young friends who successfully completed challenging elimination processes to our team. Young people who have completed our 2-week orientation process; successfully managed to internalize our organization, culture, values and vision, and increased their personal and corporate awareness and improved their industrial and product knowledge with the technical and competency-based trainings they received from very valuable internal and external trainers who tend to leave a mark in their career. Young talents will continue to receive support from the best in the sector in their development journey after the orientation process with our specially prepared mentoring program “monitor”. We will continue with our training and development programs to boost them in their new and exciting career journeys, and will learn by experiencing the business in all its details under the leadership of our experienced consultants and managers with the services we offer to our customers in many different sectors.”
