Job Responsibilities

  • Ability to Demonstration SAP CX
  • Mapping the Business Process with SAP CX Process
  • Gather business requirements and support in business requirement definition.
  • Perform detail design business process flow.
  • Design, customize, configure and testing of SAP CX solution
  • Identify gaps, issues, and work around solutions
  • Prepare unit testing / integration testing and user acceptance testing plan and script
  • Prepare training materials ready for key users to conduct end users training
  • Conduct training key users
  • Conduct user acceptance testing with key users
  • Develop functional specification and customized program
  • Clarify and solve any issues raised from unit testing / integration testing and user acceptance testing
  • Provide post-production support.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree or master degree in any field
  • Thai Nationality, Male or Female
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a full cycle implementation as well as in support projects.
  • At least 2 full cycle software implementations integrating CRM and ERP applications.
  • integration areas with Sales and Distribution
  • Experience in Integration between C4C and CRM On Premise / SAP ERP either using CPI or PI.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects at the same time.
  • Ability to understand business processes from a customer perspective.
  • Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others.
  • Good command in English both on speaking and writing.
