With support from NTT DATA Business Solutions, Daiichi Sankyo Europe introduced SAP Integration Solution Advisory Methodology (ISA-M) to improve their integration governance. This methodology helps build effective governance for managing and monitoring integration processes. It makes it easier to identify the starting point of the integration landscape through interviews with stakeholders. The strengths and weaknesses of the architecture can be identified in this way. During this process, it was crucial to evaluate each interface and review modernization options.

A stable foundation supports the preparation of global implementation, while the already established guidelines facilitate the implementation of the SAP S/4HANA project.
