Oterra live with SAP SuccessFactors across 31 countries in only 8 weeks

 

NTT DATA Business Solutions are proud to announce the successful go live of another SAP SuccessFactors project based on our proven ready2run® methodology.

Oterra formerly Chr. Hansen Natural Colors, now the largest provider of naturally sourced colors worldwide has gone live with 8 major HR processes across 6 modules to 31 countries for their 650 employees. The SuccessFactors platform with the ready2run® methodology has allowed HR to quickly establish a global HR organization and ensure continuity of its services for the global workforce. The 8 week timeframe was made possible due to the experience, delivery methodology and pre-packaged accelerators NTT DATA Business Solutions has developed but also due to the strong collaboration between Oterra and the project team.
