Justin Brading holds a BA Hons degree in Economics from the University of York.
Starting as a graduate trainee, he worked for over 10 years at (what is now) Northgate Information Systems holding a number of roles leading up to Sales & Marketing Director for the ERP business known as Glovia a joint venture with Fujitsu. He then launched the main ERP product sold now by Epicor for their predecessor Dataworks as UK General Manager.
In 1999 Justin Brading joined the SAP world as Sales and Marking Director for Catalyst working with the business through ownership changes and becoming Managing Director of the business renamed as Chelford SAP Solutions Ltd in 2008. In 2010, the business was acquired by NTT DATA Business Solutions AG (back then intelligence AG), and he then became MD for the combined UK business.
Since 1 January 2023, Justin Brading has been a member of the Global Leadership Team, being in charge of the Western Europe region.
