A success story with LOGSTOR
Our customer LOGSTOR, the global leading supplier of energy-efficient, pre-insulated pipes, is a long-term customer of our NTT DATA Business Solutions subsidiary in Denmark. Already two years ago we have implemented our industry solution it.master data simplified at LOGSTOR and thus supported our customer’s expansion goals.
Now, LOGSTOR pursues further challenging strategic targets. Improved operations, strengthened competitiveness and reduced costs – that are the company’s demanding tasks. Moreover, LOGSTOR aims at developing its services for the industry and the oil and gas sector.
Objectives which could only be reached with the right IT support. Especially customer value management and thus sales processes had to be improved.
Due to the trustful cooperation in the past, LOGSTOR once again decided to choose us to be their partner for the deployment of SAP Cloud for Customer with the component SAP Cloud for Sales. Among other things the project covered mobility, ERP integration via SAP HANA Cloud, lead and opportunity management. Especially for LOGSTOR’s Sales Director it was an exciting venture, being involved in a CRM implementation for the fourth time.

Now about 120 sales and customer service employees are working with SAP Cloud for Sales providing a significantly better information basis for controlling current and future sales results than in the past.
