Do you love challenges?
- You are responsible for the successful and efficient execution of audits and certifications (internal, customer, supplier and ISO audits and SAP partner certification) in an international context.
- You are responsible for the preparation and follow-up of audits as well as coordination with auditors, internal and corporate stakeholders. In addition, you support the subject matter experts during the audit.
- You track the follow-up and resolution of audits findings and initiate and steer improvement initiatives.
- You will also organize meetings, workshops and customer appointments, including the preparation of presentation documents, documentation and minutes.
- Furthermore, you will be involved in the implementation and continuous improvement of the Group-managed internal control system (ICS) and in ensuring the effectiveness of the controls.
- You will also support the Quality & Risk Management department in day-to-day responsibilities and with conceptual and strategic tasks.
Do you love challenges?
- A degree in (business) informatics or comparable training forms the basis of your qualification.
- You have at least three years of relevant professional experience and profound knowledge of service and quality management in accordance with standards like ISO/IEC 9001, ISO/IEC 20 000 or others.
- You have management skills based on several years of experience in project or people management.You have experience in the implementation and operation of management systems.
- You have experience in the implementation and operation of management systems.
- You have a high level of organizational skills and initiative
- You can act self-confident and have a proactive, structured and analytical way of working.
- You have very good communication skills in English.
- A willingness to travel (approx. 10%) to work for the customer or at our international locations is a matter of course for you.
