it.capture handles your documents – automatically

These days, a lot of companies struggle getting their basic service functions covered and having employees who have been quarantined at home.

it.capture service is a fully automated service for handling creation of documents. The solution will monitor one or more of your email accounts for incoming emails containing PDF attachments. When PDF attachments are received, they will be processed and the relevant invoice data will automatically be captured from the document.

For most documents this happens completely without human interaction. For a minority of documents, an expert might need to validate the data found to ensure highest possible data quality. This validation is carried out from our it.capture service center which means that you will not carry this effort.

The it.capture service will fully automate some of your core functions that always need to be covered for all companies – e.g. invoice creation or sales order handling and it.capture service activations/implementations are done remotely. This means that we will help minimizing the risk of spreading the virus.



The yearly number of invoices supported is minimum 5,000 and maximum 1,000,000,000. The starting price is €0.45 per document and the implementation is free if you process more than 25,000 documents per year.
