Job interview

  • If your profile matches the position you applied for, we’ll invite you for a the interview. During this stage, we’ll get to know you better! We’ll discuss mutual expectations and your previous experience, and tell us what challenges you’re looking forward to by joining NTT DATA Business Solutions.

Conversation with your supervisor

  • The next step is an interview with your future manager. We want to get to know you better, so we invite you to a videoconference meeting via the Teams app or at one of our offices. We’ll call you, choose a convenient meeting time, and send you all the necessary information about the interview process. This is also a great time for you to ask questions about the team, future tasks, projects, or development opportunities. Depending on the position, the recruitment process can be more or less extensive (substantive tests, language tests, assessment center).
  • During the process, you will get to know the inside of the world of NTT DATA Business Solutions and have the opportunity to talk about how we work, what clients we serve and what we offer as a company 🙂

Signing the contract

  • If your interview with the Team Manager goes well, we’ll present you with a collaboration offer! After agreeing on the details, we’ll prepare a letter of intent or employment contract for you.

Onboarding

  • Congratulations! If we’re meeting at this stage, it means you’ll soon be embarking on your adventure with NTT DATA Business Solution. Before you begin, we’ll prepare the necessary documents, a job description, a personalized implementation plan, and schedule introductory training. We’ll provide support at every stage of onboarding – we’ll provide you with all the necessary information about our organizational culture and systems, and your Team Manager will present the challenges ahead!
