Over 20 years of experience in Human Resources, Tirumala Reddy Koduri has held key roles in several multinational companies, including, Monster.com, Deloitte, FactSet, Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation (SMBC), Arete Incidence Response (a cyber security company) & now back with NTT DATA in her second stint as People & Culture Head – for APAC & India, responsible for 4500 people in the region.
She is an engineering graduate with a post-graduate diploma in Human Resource Management. With a diverse background, Tirumala has extensive experience across various sectors, including Technology (both product and services), Audit, Financial Advisory, Banking, Cyber Security, and Consulting.
