Global Career Starter Program (GCSP)

The GCSP program is for colleagues across the globe interested in an international career in public cloud consulting. With theoretical content and practical experience, participants prepare for international and intercultural project work. Participants can obtain one or more public cloud certifications in their respective fields. The GCSP lasts six months and includes three boot camps at attractive European NTT DATA Business Solutions locations.

Female Empowerment Program

Our Female Empowerment Program supports women’s career development within the fast-paced IT environment. The program lasts just under a year and offers employees various personal and professional learning and networking opportunities. Participants proactively take responsibility for their career planning and learn to deal with resistance and prejudice.

Global Delta Program

Our longest-running development program is our international delta program, creating the largest and most diverse global community at NTT DATA Business Solutions. Participants develop personal and leadership skills and form a global network. Graduates become part of the delta network after completing the initial one-year delta program.

Global Advanced Leadership Journey

The Advanced Leadership Journey is aimed at experienced leaders from all countries. The program supports the further development of personal leadership skills and the expansion of an international management network. The main topics of the program are team management, change management, inspiring and motivating colleagues, as well as goal-setting and employee appraisal.

Global Voyage Program

Voyage is a six-month development program for executive managers with a focus on forward-thinking, high-level global understanding, and strategic influence in decision-making with customers and employees. Participants explore their personal and professional values, resilience, and objectives. They learn ways to motivate high-performance teams.

STEP 4 – During the onboarding phase, we make sure you get the correct information right away and have the opportunity to build a personal network. An assigned mentor and your manager will make sure your onboarding process goes smoothly.
