Business Manager

Location Tangerang Selatan


  • Bachelor’s degree in business, business management or other related fields
  • At least 5 years’ experience as Sales, preferable as an IT Services/Product Sales
  • Proficiency in English (oral and written)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Outstanding leadership abilities
  • Working knowledge of the latest business policies and regulations


Technical Skills and Competencies

  • Intermediate level sales and marketing business skills
  • Deep understanding on IT Services and Products
  • Ability to make presentations clearly, systematically and persuasively
  • Ability to write proposals/reports/tender proposals clearly and systematically using proper business terminology and correct grammar
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Demonstrable analytical thinking and problem-solving skills


Core Responsibilities

  • Develop networks
  • Competitive bidding and/or tender proposals
  • Determine competitive pricing strategy
  • Oversee the progress of the deal closing process
  • Strictly follow up the pipeline to completion
  • Coordinate with Presales
  • Conduct in-depth competitor analysis
  • Implement stakeholder management to all levels of customers
  • Comply with the application of good business ethics
  • Comply with company regulations, work discipline and other stipulated compliance
