Hafferson Manurung serves as the Managing Director of NTT DATA Business Solutions Indonesia since 2022.
Hafferson first joined Our organization as Principal Consultant in 2015 where he was directly involved in projects to guarantee delivery excellence.
In 2016, Hafferson continues to serve as Professional Delivery Services General Manager where he was in charge to ensure projects are delivered on budget, on scope, and on time.
Hafferson was promoted to Senior General Manager in 2019 and was responsible for designing business plans with local and regional management, ensuring excellent quality delivery service, overseeing corporate service and driving sales and business growth. During 2019-2020, he successfully lead the organization in preserving growth stability, transforming the organization’s compliance culture, and maintaining people engagement. With the vision of GET (Grow, Excellent, Together), he is leading NDBS Indonesia to further company growth.
In 2021 he successfully lead the organization as the Executive Director in preserving growth stability, transforming the organization’s compliance culture, and maintaining people engagement.
Hafferson Manurung holds bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from North Sumatera University in Indonesia and a Master’s in Management from Mercu Buana University.
Hafferson loves sports – Golf and Mountain biking.
