We want to support the next generation in their future career choices by showing young people the great and diverse job opportunities within our industry. One example is our annual participation in Girls’ and Boys’ Day, where we offer interested pupils in school classes insights into technical professions. We deliberately focus on professions in which women tend to be underrepresented and familiarize their fellow male classmates with apprenticeships in business administration and office management. 

Reducing emissions across our operations 

We are working to lower our greenhouse gas emissions across our value chain in line with the NTT DATA Net Zero Vision 2040. This includes increasing energy efficiency in our offices and data centers, sourcing electricity from renewable sources where possible, and taking a mindful approach to business travel by making the most of virtual collaboration options. Together, these measures support our long-term climate targets and contribute to a lower-carbon way of delivering digital solutions.
