- The processes underwent a major transformation due to the merger between Marítima Seguros and Yasuda Seguros, which required reassessing internal controls, especially regarding the obligations transmitted to the Treasury through legacy systems. As it is a complex segment and susceptible to both municipal and federal scopes, the company performed manual controls when reconciling ISS with the SAP FS-CD module, which was time consuming and undermined the productivity of the tax and accounting department.
