The Conversion Factory is SAP certified. We start by workshopping with our clients, either face to face or online. These workshops are important, in that they allow us to build trust, identifying showstoppers, and establish the specific goals and pain points from our customers and their LoBs. From there we work to make sure that their individual goals and worries are addressed in an agile manner.
Through our local experts and the Conversion Factory, we can offer our customers a great deal of flexibility. The system will be converted 1:1 on to the new business suite, including adaptations for the modules/functions that are necessary for SAP S/4HANA adoption. Additional functionalities and modules that customers didn’t have on previous versions can be added after the conversion. And through sandboxing, we can show the customers a test environment before moving forward with the project. It’s an agile approach that gives peace of mind.
