Carita Poussa is part of the original Pasafin team that joined itelligence in December 2020, and changed its name to NTT DATA Business Solutions in April 2021. As the Managing Director of NTT DATA Business Solutions Finland, she is responsible for the Finnish team and market and driving force behind the Nordic HXM Line of Business.
Carita is a customer-oriented business leader and an HR enthusiast with a track record of personal transformation going from finance to HR, and then to software business leadership. She is especially passionate about digital HR and helping customers with their digitalization journeys.
Carita has an MBA in Business Administration and Management from the Helsinki School of Economics.
