Verifactu y B2B: Reglamentos Demorados
Novedades en la aprobación del reglamento técnico:
La previsión de aprobación es a principio de 2026.
Nos ponemos de nuevo en contacto para comunicaros las últimas noticias sobre VERI*FACTU y la factura entre empresas (B2B) en España. Llevamos varios meses esperando la aprobación de los reglamentos técnicos, a finales de 2022 parecía que lo aprobarían a mitad de año. Nos gustaría resaltar que una vez aprobado el reglamento disponemos de un año para implementarlo y que VERIFACTU no será necesario si se reporta SII.
Respecto a la factura B2B en España, nos están llegando preguntas de clientes, en donde ya hemos implementado la solución DRC (eDocument) para el SII, la factura B2G en España, o la factura en Italia o México para implementarlo en los próximos meses pero al igual que SAP en su último comunicado, nos mantenemos a la espera. Sigue vigente lo que explicamos en nuestro Webinar de finales de septiembre 2023.
La única novedad es que parece que ambos asuntos se demorarán aún más, que es probable que su aprobación se retrase al último trimestre del año o primero de 2026. Además, habrá que ver como se converge hacía proyectos de ámbito europeo como es el ViDA.

We are pleased to get in touch again to give you the last insights about VERI*FACTU and B2B invoicing in Spain. We have been waiting for the approval of the technical regulations for several months, and at the end of 2022, it seemed that they would be approved by mid-year. We would like to highlight that once the regulation is approved, we have one year to implement it and that VERIFACTU will not be necessary if SII is reported.
Regarding B2B invoicing in Spain, we have received questions from some customers, with whom we have already implemented the DRC (eDocument) solution for SII, B2G invoicing in Spain, or invoicing in Italy or Mexico, to start working and resolve this situation. However, as SAP in their latest communication, we remain on standby. What we explained in our Webinar at the end of September 2023.
The only news is that will be further delayed, with approval likely being pushed to the last quarter of the year or early 2026. Additionally, we will need to see how they converge with European projects such as ViDA.
