Chief Financial Officer
Nicola Czymek-Lauer started her career with a traineeship in Business Administration at Siemens AG (“Stammhauslehre”), which she completed as industrial business manager. Over 19 years, she held various positions at Siemens: After working as Commercial Director for the Information Communication Networks business for the western region of Germany, she was responsible for Mergers & Acquisitions as Senior Project Manager. In addition to her roles, she was committed to supporting young talents within the Siemens group for many years.
When Siemens and The Gores Group launched their joint venture Unify, she took over the responsibilities as Head of Banking & Financing before becoming Head of Treasury, Banking & Financing. With the acquisition of Unify by Atos in 2017, Nicola assumed the role as Head of Treasury, Cash Management & Credit Control GBU Central & Eastern Europe, South & Growing Markets at Atos SE.
In October 2020, she joined NTT DATA Business Solutions AG (back then itelligence AG) in a dual role as Head of Internal Audit and Head of Treasury. On June 11, 2025, she joined the Executive Board as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Before becoming CFO, she held the positions of Executive Vice President and Head of Global Finance as part of the Global Leadership Team from July 2024 to June 2025.
