Silver – SAP technical coordination, system health check, user administration, memory & buffer tuning, system/client copy support

Gold – Silver tier plus audit support, transport customization & error, certificate handling, printer support

Platinum – Gold Tier plus Fiori performance, Single Sign On and third-party interface support

Account Management

We take away the headache of managing your RISE with SAP subscription by ensuring that all of the in-scope services are available in the most optimum manner. This includes ongoing review of systems and SAP Notes, making appropriate recommendations, and working with the SAP team to deploy the suggested changes.
