About the Author Dr. Thomas Harmuth
Thomas Harmuth heads the division Technology in the area of business Managed Services Germany at NTT DATA Business Solutions AG, which includes development and basis consulting in the SAP software landscape. In this way, he and his teams accompany the technological transformation at customers. Thomas Harmuth studied mathematics at the University of Bielefeld. After completing his dissertation in 2000, he started his professional career at SVC AG, a predecessor of NTT DATA Business Solutions AG. After several years in project development, in 2009 he took over the team management of a development team that was attached to the newly founded Application Management Services division. In 2010 he also took over the team management of the basis consulting team, which was also located there, and in 2018 he finally took over the management of the Technology division.
