Wilmar Lima started his career as a consultant at NTT DATA Business Solutions in 2001, actively participating in the company’s growth. In 2016, he was appointed to manage the Customer Experience cell, and in 2019, he started to accumulate the vice-presidency of internal services, which encompasses the entire financial area, controllership, billing, human resources and IT.
Wilmar Lima holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from UFPR and an Executive MBA from Fundação Dom Cabral.
