To celebrate the two decades of connecting people to solutions around the world, FH launched in 2019 the commemorative brand FH 20 years.

For 20 years, FH has been working, not to adapt to constant change, but to be the transforming agent and, through its coded intelligence, to impact society and make a world a better place.

FH has been part of the itelligence Group since 2019. itelligence focus on SAP solutions to create value for their clients all over the world and help them transform, grow and be more successful.

Sharath Burla, who had taken leadership roles responsible for APAC market at global technology organisations, started as CEO at NTT DATA Business Solutions APAC.

NTT DATA celebrated the 30th anniversary of its spin-off from NTT Corporation.

FH launches its new slogan: coding4people, which reflects the essence of the company – to help build a better world, believing in the humanization of technology and putting people at the center of all that FH is and does!

FH’s CEO, Ricardo Fachin, created the concept of the new slogan. With this, the company’s communication became more friendly, with coding elements such as [ ] and < >, focusing on people and technology.

Acquired premium SAP services provider vCentric Technologies (India) and Goldfish ICT (Netherlands).

Received two 2017 SAP® Pinnacle Awards: SAP S/4HANA® Partner of the Year – Small and Midsize Companies and Digital Marketing Momentum Partner of the Year for 2017.

Camaleo is launched, a new technological platform created for the development of solutions and applications. FH’s Outsourcing unit completes 10 years. FH wins the award for best SAP partner in the categories: Hybris, S/4HANA and VAR-GB.

In April, it won the SAP Recognized Expertise seal for Hybris Commerce.

Norbert Rotter, who previously held the position of CFO, became new CEO of itelligence AG.

Herbert Vogel, the founder and long-standing CEO, retired.

Acquired BIT.Group GmbH (Germany) and ITML GmbH (Germany).

Received two 2016 SAP® Pinnacle Awards: SAP S/4HANA Adoption Partner of the Year and Global Value-Added Reseller.

FH receives S/4HANA Demo21 certification. GUEPARDO receives SAP TDF certification. FH signs the first OEM agreement for SAP Hybris in Latin America, and starts to sell Flieger Commerce, a digital commerce software, for small and medium-sized businesses.

FH is awarded in the ASUG Impact Awards, in 1st and 3rd place, respectively, with the projects “DPaschoal – CRM 2.0 Project”, and the project “HANA.A”, implemented for Aché. FH implements the first SAP S/4HANA project for Professional Services in Latin America.

GUEPARDO is a pioneer in the ABAP Add-on Deployment on HANA certification. FH wins third place at the ASUG Impact Awards 2015 with the “Project 2154 – Supply Chain Management with AFS and EWM”, for its customer AREZZO.

The company is the first in Latin America to receive the Commerce Developer Hybris certification, in addition to all SAP Hybris certifications. FH acquires Flieger, specialized in digital commerce, and offers the largest installed capacity in Brazil for omnichannel projects.

Became a majority shareholder in GISA (Germany), the renowned IT service provider in Halle (Saale), Germany.

Acquired Symphony Management Consulting (USA) and 4C Management Consulting (Denmark).

FH completes 15 years and performs the first SAP ERP implementation case in Sybase in production in Brazil. Another unit is inaugurated, this time in Joinville-SC, and the company moves forward for the compatibility certification of GUEPARDO Tax Software with SAP HANA.

The first FH e-commerce project begins, expanding the service offer to retail customers. FH also won once again the ASUG Impact Awards with “Project AVANCE – A new technological level for Ourofino” and is also the only Brazilian SAP partner to receive the Run SAP Operations certification.

Co-branded as itelligence, NTT DATA Business Solutions.

Became a 100% owned subsidiary of NTT DATA Europe GmbH & Co KG.

Received SAP North America Partner Excellence Award 2013.

Acquired Aster Group (USA) and the SAP business of Software AG (North America and Eastern Europe).

Committed to its contribution to customer business success, FH creates the Business Consulting unit. In addition, it expands the office in São Paulo-SP and transfers the branch in São Leopoldo-RS to Porto Alegre-RS. FH also wins two awards: “Top 10 Company”, in the ranking of Brazilian support services, and 1st place in the SAP award for Best Customer Solution.

Herbert Vogel, CEO and founder, became leader of NTT DATA Business Solutions – a global group of SAP solutions providers.

Opened new North American Headquarters and Data Center.

Acquired Elsys (Turkey), Blueprint Management Systems Ltd. (United Kingdom) and PlanOrg Industry (Germany) of the SAP partner PlanOrg in Jena, Germany.

Extend Technologies (Australia), Business Formula (Malaysia), and Cornerstone Asia Tech (Singapore) were rebranded as NTT DATA Business Solutions.

The Outsourcing team, responsible for FH’s customer support operations, reaches 100% of certified consultants. To expand its presence in the application development market, FH inaugurates the Technology unit, focused on web, mobile and big data.

Became SAP Global Partner Cloud Services and SAP Global Partner Application Management Services.

Acquired 2C change (Denmark, Norway, Sweden) and Contemporary (United Kingdom).

FH expands its office in Curitiba-PR, with a total area of 1,400 m². GUEPARDO Tax Software reaches an important milestone, with the ICC certification, which makes it the first Brazilian tax solution certified by SAP. FH also receives ASUG’s best project of the year award.

Gained SAP Global Value-Added Reseller status.

Acquired Chelford SAP Solutions Ltd. (United Kingdom), RPF Consulting LLC (USA) and ADELANTE SAS (Canada and France).

Business Formula, a Malaysia-based ERP consulting firm specializing in SAP and now known as NTT DATA Business Solutions Malaysia, joined NTT DATA Group.

FH is the first SAP partner in South America to receive the Run SAP certification, which provides monitoring of technical and human resources, seeking to reduce risks and costs, as well as maximizing available tools. GUEPARDO Tax Software is launched in the market.

Won SME Channel Partner Pinnacle Award in North America.

Acquired 2B Interactive (Netherlands).

Opened a location in Shanghai, China. Opened new data centers in Bautzen and Salzenforst (Germany) and Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia).

A new HQ office is inaugurated in Curitiba, larger and more modern. The new headquarters include a large meeting room that was named “Rafael Graf”, in honor to one of first collaborators and one of the first FH partners.

The company’s internationalization process gains strength. FH expands its frontiers and opens the first unit outside Paraná, in the city of São Paulo-SP.

FH celebrates 10 years of its foundation and inaugurates a new unit, in the technology park at Unisinos, in São Leopoldo-RS, in the same location of SAP Labs.

Believing in the potential of their collaborators, Fábio and Ricardo decide to invite them to become FH partners. Over the years, this attitude would be known as “Partner Program”, an incentive program that annually qualifies FH collaborators to become company partners.

Expanded into Eastern and Western Europe. Increased portfolio to offer a 360-degree service, including IT strategy consulting, SAP implementation, licensing, system integration, hosting and application management.

Business Formula, a Malaysian SAP service provider and now known as NTT DATA Business Solutions Malaysia, was established in Subang Jaya.

itelligence AG went public.

Renamed to SVC and first flotation / initial public offering.

After graduating among the course’s best students, Fábio and Ricardo, at the age of 24, decided to create FH, a company that would offer high-quality SAP services at a fair price. Then, came the first customers: Spaipa, Masisa and Klabin.

Expanded internationally and opened offices in Austria, Switzerland and the United States.

Renamed to SVP GmbH (Schmidt Vogel & Partner).

Ricardo Fachin and Fábio Hauagge meet after entering the Electrical Engineering course at the former Federal Center for Technological Education of Paraná – CEFET-PR (current UTFPR), in Curitiba-PR.

Founded S&P Consult in Bielefeld, Germany, as one of the first SAP partner.

NTT DATA was incorporated as it was spun-off from NTT.

Nippon Telegraph and Telephone Public Corporation (NTT) established DATA Communications Bureau, which now known as NTT DATA, within it.
