NTT DATA Corporation (“NTT DATA”) and everis Group (“everis”) announce that on January 28, 2014 (Spanish time), everis becomes a wholly-owned subsidiary of NTT DATA.
NTT DATA has been seeking certain regulatory approvals for the capital alliance with everis as announced in its press release dated Nov. 1, 2013 (Japan time), “NTT DATA announces a capital alliance with everis Group, a Spanish multinational consulting and IT service company” and such regulatory approvals having been obtained.
From now on, NTT DATA and everis will collaborate with each other in many occasions in order to serve their prestigious clients better than ever and to pursue the dream of building the future together.
