Hanover / Bielefeld, March 1, 2013 – itelligence is offering certified mobile business solutions for the new itelligence AddStore http://addstore.itelligence.de based on the SAP Mobile Platform. The main emphasis of the new itelligence apps is on supporting sales processes. CeBIT visitors in Hall 4, A12 will therefore be given an insight into the it.mobile CustomerFocus app and a preview of the it.mobile InfoCollector, as well as the extended usage scenarios for the it.mobile SalesKit app.
it.mobile CustomerFocus App
The it.mobile CustomerFocus app displays all relevant customer data based on the SAP CRM, as well as recording sales call reports and related follow-up activities. The technical basis comes in the form of the SAP Mobile Platform, which is easy to implement due to the consulting package “Mobility Starter Package” and the cloud solution “Afaria SaaS”.

The premium version of the it.mobile CustomerFocus app also provides additional functions such as alerts, appointments calendar, KPI cockpit and route display with overlay technology.

it.mobile InfoCollector with Integrated Passbook Technology from Apple
itelligence will also give a preview of the new mobility app it.mobile InfoCollector at CeBIT in Hanover. it.mobile InfoCollector shows how paper-based forms can be completely replaced by recording on the iPad, for example for adding leads at a trade fair (CRM integration), staff meetings (HCM integration) or test reports (QM integration). The information templates provided centrally in SAP via configuration ensure that data is easily transferred to the existing ERP system, where they are available in a structured format and can be directly processed in the SAP system.
The it.mobile InfoCollector for recording leads offers practical functions such as event assignment, time-controlled display of forms, QR reader support and photo integration. A highlight of the it.mobile InfoCollector is the integrated Passbook technology from Apple, which allows tickets or coupons to be sent to iPhones. The it.mobile InfoCollector “lead recording” feature for sales control will be available shortly after CeBIT. All apps are available in German and English.
