Qualtrics

Since 2020, we partner with Qualtrics and created three global delivery centers of excellence around the sought-after Experience Management (XM) solution from Qualtrics. With this partnership, we continue to realize our strategic aim to expand successfully into Experience Management in addition to our SAP based offerings in Customer Experience (CX) and Human Experience Management (HXM).

We are expanding our SAP partnership with respect to SAP Concur solutions for travel management. As one of the largest SAP Concur partners, NTT DATA Business Solutions now implements SAP Concur solutions in Asia and Europe, offering consistent service quality in these strategic regions.

UiPath

Since February 2020, we are UiPath Diamond Partner in the EMEA region. Our long-lasting partnership with UiPath provides our customers with the high value of robotic process automation (RPA). RPA bots can bring speed, accuracy, and efficiency as well as optimized ROI benefits to the customers’ business. We have the experience and expertise to make that happen.
