PT Pupuk Indonesia (Persero) is one of the largest fertilizer producers in Asia. The group consist of fertilizer and pesticides company, chemical products company, industrial support, and logistic and trades company and they own the production capacity of 22 million tons per year which consist of 14 million tons of fertilizers per year, and 8.6 million tons of ammonia and other products. They have worked with NTT DATA Business Solutions Indonesia as their trusted partner for others SBU since 2018.
Seeing that the maintenance system in terms of planning and execution is still combined into one, the Pupuk Indonesia Group feels that it needs improvisation to be able to improve and streamline existing business processes.
Realizing this and to develop and streamline business processes, we need to implement SAP. SAP itself has been implemented in the business transaction process in Pupuk Indonesia Group, so the new SBU also needs to implement SAP with the main objective of efficiency in Pupuk Indonesia Group’s business processes.
