itelligence buys IDS Scheer Hungary Kft. from Software AG in Hungary
Budapest, August 30, 2013 – Effective August 31st, 2013, itelligence, the leading IT Full Service Provider in the SAP sphere, will take over from Software AG the business areas SAP Consulting, SAP Licensing and SAP Maintenance, core business products of Software AG, as well as Outsourcing, in Hungary, the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
In Hungary itelligence will expand its Consulting business and its Maintenance offerings. itelligence will be the exclusive reseller partner of Software AG in Hungary, along with the product related consulting offerings.The successful SAP consulting house itelligence thus expands its overall presence in Eastern Europe, and through the takeover of the Hungarian business of Software AG, will also significantly enlarge its customer base in Hungary.
