About the Author Justin Schiffman
After his training as an industrial manager and on-the-job studies with E.ON group Justin Schiffmann initially worked as Product Manager for renewable energies. Starting in 2015 as Junior Professional at NTT DATA Business Solutions Germany, he today is responsible for the overall market approach, sales strategy and sales operations in his current role as Head of Sales Operations Germany (since 2020). With his experience realizing numerous successful SAP (cloud) implementations, Justin gives advice to clients from a range of different industries that want to implement SAP solutions – including the whole process from selecting the right solution to accompanying the customer within the decision-making process for the optimal license model.
